Timsbury Village Plan

This website has been designed to provide local residents an alternative way to respond to the Community Survey.

This questionnaire should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete.  Your answers will enable us to produce a report and action plan which reflects the views of local residents and workers.

The survey consists of five sections: 

• Section A: General Personal information
• Section B: Services
• Section C: Roads & Transport
• Section D: Village Life
• Section E: Environment and Sustainability

All information contained in this form will be kept completely confidential, and used only for the purpose of producing 'The Timsbury Village Report' and Action Plan. 

At the end of the project for the Timsbury Village Plan, all forms will be destroyed and the information collected will be retained anonymously in impersonal statistical statements, tables, graphs and diagrams. If you are unable to answer any questions, please feel free to leave these blank.  There is one questionnaire for each adult in the village and a separate questionnaire for young people aged 12-18 years old.

This consultation has now closed and is awaiting the Government's formal response.
